Mary T. Titov is a certified practitioner of Vibrational Healing Therapy. A graduate of Niagara College of Applied Arts & Technologies, Mary has recently retired as an Optometric Assistant where her loving attention to detail and one's personal needs have been appreciated for 20 years.

You will find your treatment on the Tactile Sound Table will prove to be both enjoyable and relaxing. Music or sound frequencies designed for the table will soothe, massage and relax you at a cellular level, creating an environment of relaxation and stress reduction.

This therapy also includes the use of tuning forks on and around major and minor energy centers to promote balance, stability and receptivity. Designed to be a non intrusive, relaxing therapy to help clear away current and accumulated life stresses and bring you into balance and wellness.

Roula is coming to Eagle Valley with many qualifications, having worked in a Fitness and Wellness Studio, with Athletes at both a Professional and Amateur level, at High End Spas in the Niagara Area and has also worked in Vail Colorado serving many Ski Resorts in and around the Vail area.
