Who is Hospitality on Hand?
After more than 25 years in Niagara's finest kitchens Chef J. Mark Hand created Hospitality on Hand in 2005. Catering, consulting and culinary co-ordinating has kept Hospitality on Hand busy. Projects ranging from opening the area's finest boutique hotel and restaurant (Sterling Inn and Spa, AG Restaurant), to working with many of our premium food and wine events (Cuvee, Niagara Wine Festival, Icewine Classic) are company highlights. Most recently from our permanent home at Eagle Valley we oversee all food services at the stunning Creekside winery, "Wine Deck and Grill".
What does Hospitality on Hand do at Eagle Valley Golf Club?
At Eagle Valley we oversee all food, beverage and catering operations. From Eagle Valley all of our offsite catering is prepared, and on a daily basis we are in office and ready to meet with you to plan your event.
What kind of catering and events do you do?
We can accommodate a wide variety of events on site including weddings, winemaker style dinners, showers and of course tournaments. No event is too small or too large. Our scenic property allows for wonderful outdoor events (seasonal).
Recent highlights include a 50th Wedding Anniversary for 100 people, a sublime Tuscan Winemakers Dinner with two visiting Chefs from Tuscany and a beautiful Scottish Wedding. (Yes the Bride and Groom flew in!) We know pictures don't do justice to most events but check out the Photo Gallery, they are great!
Can we do menus for banquets other than those that are posted?
In the Banquet section of this website you will find our Banquet Menus, however we prefer to meet with you and customize your menu. We don't want to cook the same meal over and over again, rather we believe that each meal should be created to be as individual as your Special Event.
